Health Maintenance Nano Robots

Adventures in Anti Aging Technology projects from a DIY Do-It-Yourself (non expert) personal point of view.
There is so much open source and free software available that you just need to pick some and play with them to get an idea of what they do, how they work, and if they might be useful tools in your DIY toolbox. The better packs, from a DIYer (me) point of view are easy to use with an intuitive interface, and have lots of pretty colors to help minimize complexity, (and make it fun to play with :) The best code comes with video tutorials so you can quickly, and easily determine if the software might play a role in your DIY project.
A wonderful free resource that you already own (paid for with your tax money) is the National Center for Biotechnology Information, NCBI. It's a great starting point with with an enormous amount of free educational material & tutorials, software and massive amounts of raw data for your computer to crunch. The NCBI is at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ . They also have a great free down-loadable software pack called the Genome Workbench at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gbench/ At least check it out. It's yours, you paid for it!
If you have any technical background in programming and genomics, you might want to start exploring software and data directly relevant to Anti Aging Technology at the “Aging Research Computational Tools” site at http://genomics.senescence.info/software/perl.html .It's a another great free resource.

Next, I want to explore software relevant to designing and building 3d models of health maintenance nano robots. These are the smallest possible robots and will be dedicated to continuous cell repair. They will have seven goals outlined by Aubry de Grey in his SENS “Strategies for Engineered Negligible Senescence” from his book “Ending Aging”. Yes, these devices are currently fictional but with exponential growth in technology, I think health maintenance nano robots are worth considering, now.
This stuff just keeps getting better :)
